Mushrooms Bacon 4 Oz Cream Cheese Babybel Cheese 1 Tbsp Parsley 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper
- Heat grill to high setting.
- Mix together the cream cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Make sure cream cheese is room temperature, do not melt.
- Fill the mushrooms with the cheese mixture and then wrap each mushroom with bacon (cut bacon in half if needed) securing it with a toothpick. Once the grill is hot, reduce heat and place mushrooms cheese side down on the grill. Make sure grill is very hot in order to sear the bacon quickly before the cheese melts and drips out.
- Once bacon is crisp, and before cheese runs out, flip mushrooms over and continue to cook with lid down 4-5 minutes. Check bacon for crispness and watch for flare ups. Serve and enjoy!
